Reusable silicone earplugs for sensory regulation — daily wear, low-stakes, dishwasher-safe. The Quiet model is the sleep-and-overwhelm version; Engage is for when you still want to hear conversation.
Universal liners that retrofit existing curtains to blackout-spec. Cheaper than full blackout curtains and work with whatever's already on your windows. Non-negotiable for ND sleep.
